Yes. clean.london holds comprehensive public liability insurance. All staff are vetted and professionally trained before working on client premises.
Not necessarily. Many of our residential clients provide key access and prefer not to be present. We are happy to discuss the arrangement that suits you best when we confirm your booking.
This depends on the service and the size of the property. A standard carpet clean for a two-bedroom flat typically takes 2–3 hours. A full end-of-lease clean for a commercial unit may take a full day or more. We provide a time estimate with every quote.
We use professional, commercial-grade cleaning agents appropriate to each surface and material. Where possible, we favour eco-conscious products. If you have specific requirements — allergies, preferences for certain formulations — please let us know and we will accommodate them.
Yes. We offer recurring cleaning programmes for both residential and commercial clients — daily, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, depending on your needs. Regular clients benefit from consistent staff allocation and fixed pricing.
Yes. Our field operations run 24/7. This is particularly useful for commercial clients who require cleaning outside of business hours to minimise disruption.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.
For one-off services, we can often accommodate bookings within 48–72 hours. For recurring contracts, we will agree a start date during the quoting process. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
No. Our teams arrive fully equipped with all the machinery, tools, and cleaning agents required for the job. You do not need to supply anything.
Our end-of-lease (end-of-tenancy) clean is a comprehensive, top-to-bottom service designed to meet landlord and property management handover standards. It covers all surfaces, fixtures, appliances, flooring, and internal windows. We can review the specific requirements of your lease agreement and tailor the service accordingly.
